Out In The West Desert In Arizona lives a cowboy cat named Charlie. On a hot summer day while sitting alone in the desert trying to figure out how to pass the time Charlie decides he wants to become a singing cat. While Charlie is sitting high upon a mountain top looking down on the valley below he realizes that in order for him to become a cowboy cat who can sing he must go down to the valley to find someone who can help him get the tools he needs to get his singing career started. Charlie heads down to the valley in search of a music shop where he can purchase a musical instrument so he can start singing. Upon arriving in the valley Charlie comes upon a cat sitting on the street corner playing a banjo and as Charlie passes by he turns and realizes that this is the who he needs to talk to so he stops and turns around and goes back to talk to the cat to find out what he needs to do to become a singing cowboy cat. As Charlie approaches upon the cat the cat starts by introducing himself to Charlie by telling him his name is Pedro so as Charlie and Pedro begin talking about how Charlie can become a singing cowboy cat Pedro leads Charlie in the direction of the Phoenix Music Academy where Charlie must sign up for music classes and band practice. So upon arrival at the music academy Charlie walks in and goes to the administration department and says he'd like to enroll in their music classes and their band practice he proceeds to tell them he'd like to become a singing cowboy cat and they took one look at Charlie and laughed and informed Charlie that his goal of becoming a singing cowboy cat was beyond imaginable because of the fact that Charlie was a cat. Charlie decided he still wanted to go through the classes and the band practices so that he could prove to them that he would one day make a great singing cowboy cat. The Moral of the story is never give up hope of achieving your goals and living your life's dream. Speaking from my own experience my life long dream is to become a writer of children's stories and children's books.
